Anupam comes with more than 12 years of international & domestic research
experience and has worked in multiple strategy and management roles.
Spearheading the overall marketing and sales initiative in the company,
his experience includes working for clients in the Automotive, Media
and Healthcare sectors along with pro-bono consulting for NGO’s.
He has been often invited to speak at forums and seminars at various institutions such as ‘Amity Global Business School’ and has been quoted in print media such as "Pitch-The face of Marketing" magazine, April 2015 issue. He is also on the Mentor Expert Board of BusinessWorld (BW) Accelerate Programme. Anupam has had the opportunity of working with firms such as Bharti Airtel, Wipro, and Evalueserve and was also the founding partner of a technology start-up.

Havish works as Head – Research with Traverse Strategy Consultants,
a research and consulting start up. An MBA Gold Medallist, he started his
career with Reckitt Benckiser, post which he worked as a research scholar,
and subsequently as an Assistant Professor. During his stint in academics,
his academic research work has been published extensively in national and
international journals, and work presented in leading institutions across
the country such as IMT Ghaziabad, IMI New Delhi, IIT Roorkee, JNU etc.
His multiple interests are accompanied by a keen sense of learning, ranging from digital marketing to advanced statistical data analysis to design, but he has an undisputed fondness for working with data on Excel. He has completed his Certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) training modules and is a VSkills certified Digital Marketing Master, He is pursuing his PhD in Digital Marketing. Presently he leads a team of analysts at Traverse, and spearheads all research work. At Traverse he has helped created models for Brand Ranking, CMO Ranking and Experiential Marketing.
